Shipping policy

 

We currently offer shipping within the US and Canada. All orders ship from our headquarters in Sherman Oaks CA..

Shipping is non-refundable, although we do cover the cost of the return label

Free Shipping on all domestic orders over $100. Free shipping excludes shipments to Alaska, Hawaii ,USVI and Canada.

All orders are shipped Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. Express orders including Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air placed Monday – Friday after 12 PM Eastern Time will be processed the following business day. Express orders placed Saturday – Sunday will be processed Monday.

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note orders are not shipped with a signature required. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen package or orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
